The horse meat scandal, which has dogged the food industry for several weeks now, has sparked fresh controversy with the news that Ikea is the latest casualty in the crisis. The world’s largest furniture chain probably wishes it stuck to selling Swedish furniture instead of diversifying into meatballs.
