Digimind’s Daniel Spilsbury and Cassandra Krause will be leading an interactive session on C-Suite Tools for Social Media Monitoring on Wednesday, 5 November, at 14:35. The C-Suite has long been hesitant to buy into the power of social media for business. However, today’s technology now offers all companies the ability to listen and engage with their target audiences online as well as analyze and report on the impact of their social media activities. In this session,  participants will learn about the leading C-Suite tools out there for social media measurement and how to put them to work in practical business contexts:

  • Insight on how to listen, connect, and engage with your target audience in real time and provide them value via social and online media
  • Framework for how to extract real insights, not just data, from social and online media using the proper tools
  • Examples and case studies of leading companies who have successfully put these tools to use for their business

Make sure to stick around on Wednesday for the Lightning Round at 16:05 with Adam Nors from Digimind and featured client, Chiesi. This presentation will illustrate a brief case study on how to save time regarding information gathering by using an automated CI software. Chiesi will describe its old process of gathering information, the obstacles they faced, and the criteria it had when it was looking to make the process more efficient. Digimind will give an overview of how its platform addressed Chiesi’s needs and share the present-day numbers on topics monitored, sources tracked, and time saved.

We look forward to seeing you in Amsterdam!
